As you traverse the southern shore of Michigan's Upper Peninsula on US route 2 from St. Ignac to Manistique, a lighthouse treasure is there to be enjoyed for those willing to take a little time. This is the beautifully restored Seul Choix (pronounced Sel Schwa - ok so my phonetics aren't that good, but I tried!) lighthouse and keeper's quarters. The photographs above give some view of the exterior of this beautiful light. The links below will take you on a tour of the beautifully restored and furnished interior and up the tower for some views from the lantern room.
